"You will build a safe, balanced, and conscious practice as well as having fun and challenging yourself both physically and mentally."
"Whether you are looking for a practice to relieve stress, build strength, rehabilitate an injury, correct your posture, or lose weight I can help you achieve your goals!"
A bit about why Morgan loves yoga...
"My passion is yoga. I have been practicing solidly for the last 6 years and have gained physical and mental transformations along the way. I have a strong commitment and belief in this system and have experienced first-hand the true healing benefits yoga has to offer. This inspired me to complete my teacher training and I aim to share what I’ve learnt and value, with my patients and yoga students alike. I enjoy being active and value the importance of movement for long term stability and health of the body. Yoga is so much more than the postures we create on our mat (it's a state of being!) but even just the physical asanas (postures) can be transformative for anyone who wants to lose weight, build strength, keep fit, or relieve stress and anxiety. Once practiced consistently for a period of time then comes the mental transformation! I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to experience and share this amazing ancient philosophy! It has changed my world and I hope by combining my knowledge and experience of yoga and osteopathy I can help facilitate your journey into wellness and consciousness!"
